Online request for home delivery of four medicines was placed on 30 Jan, 2023 Monday at 0:27 am.
Two customer order was generated :OTNMM[protected] & OTNMM[protected] for delivery of medicines on Jan. 30, 2023 and Jan. 31, 2023 by executive [protected] and [protected] respectively. The payment mode was cash on delivery.
Two medicines (Syp. Dexorange and T. Glycomet GP 2 Mg) for Rs. 609/ was delivered on 30 Jan, 2023.
Two medicines (T. Metapro 3D 50 mg and T. Stalix D 10/100 mg) for Rs. 699/- was to be delivered on 31 Jan. 2023.
Only T. Stalix was delivered. The delivery executive stated that the medicine was unavailable in the store on that day and would be delivered the next day without fail. He wanted the entire amount of Rs. 699/. So paid it in full.
The medicine was not delivered on Feb. 1 neither on Feb. 2, 2023. When enquired, didn't receive a proper response. When checked the status of the request, it is given as delivered. When enquiry was placed to the customer support of Medplus (Ref. 557767), said that the concerned store would contact and it might take two days.
My aged diabetic parent has missed four doses of medicine in the past two days. Unable to get a proper response about the delivery of the medicine.
Requesting that the medicine is delivered without any further delay preferably in the morning of Feb. 3, 2023 or atleast the latest by the evening of Feb. 3, 2023 so that my parent doesn't miss the third day dose.
