This is regarding medicine order OKAMM[protected] through website medplusmart.com. I placed the order on 30th Oct. 2021 and the invoice was prepared by MedplusMart on 31st Oct. 2021 as in the attached invoice.
Today on 13th Nov., I called Medplusmart customer care and requested for the return of medicine Shelcal CT. for which I had placed order on 30th Oct. 2021 as per the attached invoice.
The customer care executive first pointed me to a part of the website where it states as following:

We strongly recommend that all items be checked fully at the time of delivery.
You're entitled to return your items within 14 working days and receive a full refund.
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window except under the following conditions:
Perishable items.
Unsealed items with a protective seal due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Personal hygiene products.
Products bought in a clearance sale and marked as "non-returnable" on the category detail or product detail page.
Gift cards.
In case of prescription medicines, open packages or cut strips.

Customer care person said that in the policy its written that it can be only returned within 14 days and 14 days have passed so it can't be returned. I pointed out to him that its 14 working days mentioned and that has not passed and even if the company counts holidays too as working days then still its the 14th day and I am still within the time period.
After lot of arguments the customer care person agreed that I can return but then he again started stating that we can only exchange and not get a refund. I again pointed out to him that its clearly written in the policy that we can get refund.
I asked him if I can record this statement of which. On his confirmation I recorded his statement that even though 14 days haven't passed since buying the medicines, I can only exchange and not get refund for the medicines I return.
The customer care person has even mentioned his name and employee id in the recording and I am attaching the recording too.
I consider this as an act of cheating by medplusmart.com. The customer care person had earlier even dared me that I can do whatever I want and they won't take back return of the medicine.
