Medplus India — Redemption of points

I am medplus customer having cust ID 1058075. I have about 3560 points accumulated to my credit. I wanted to redeem my points against supply of one trolley bag 24" size and one ultra laptop bag. On 14.05.2016, I contacted their toll free no and thereafter received a call from their no.[protected]. I was told that the said items are not in stock. This was the similar reply when I contacted in Feb-March 2016. I am their customer since last 8-9 years and purchasing medicines from their store at Nandanvan Nagpur to the tune of Rs 3000 to 4000 pm. I fail to understand that my repeated requests for the items have not been supplied to me as per the scheme launched by them.
This is a fraud on the customers who are accumulating points on their purchases from them with a hope to redeem the same at a later date.
Can I have a quick response from you in the case.
