I am one of the affected patient, i want to tell few things in detail about the hospital functionality. First thing food is very costly compare to outside the cost of each item is very high. 1kg orange is 70rs but the orange juice is 50 rs. like wise every item is very costly. per day nearly 250rs per head have to spend in hospital. try to give food little lesser price.
HOD (Ramesh arthanari). i have observed more than three four times, without observing the patient condition he is giving feedback to the attendee in a wrong manner. He is not giving proper observation to the attendee. While giving feedback to the attendee about the patient he is doing some thing and giving the feedback. I am totally disappoint on his behaviour. He is the head of the department but his attitude and way of treating the patient is not correct, try to change this attitude.Some times they are not providing proper treatment.
From 31/10/2014 to still date because o[censored]navailability of medicine in the hospital pharmacy stopped injecting that medicine even though they know it has to be injected. The attendee searched in madurai and got the medicine. but even though got the medicine they delayed in giving treatment. Attendee can able to get the medicine why cant the hospital can do it. its totally harsing the patient. try to treat that patient in a good manner . all the patient came for the cure, not for hurting. Nowadays the hospital management is going worse. if this continuous it will definitely affect the hospital name. take immediate action for the above compliant. specifically HOD have to do his role properly. Try to save the patients.
