sir i was informed that my roi was 9.65 % and 1st installment will be cut on 1st july 2016 but my installment was cut on 5 june shooting up the interest to 9.95%. when i complained to utkarsh, agra branch he said it is the fault of the person who feeded the entries in the system. i contacted the branch manager but he showed no interest and was least bothered. yogesh, agra branch helped me a bit and asked me for 3 days to rectify the problem. but i think it is not in his hands as manager is not looking for the matter. please look to the matter and get my problem solved
