I visited dr. Anandavalli neurology clinic mental hospital on 14 september 2019. They have collaboration with
Meera sai medical store who do not provide medical bills and they refuse to provide for my medicine for which i consulted dr anandavalli, nuero physician, 3-4-746,, narayanguda rd, chitrapuri colony, bagh lingampalli, narayanguda, hyderabad, telangana 500027. Also, they are ready to argue with us saying their wish that whether to provide bill or not... I have used their medicine and have the empty medicine sheets for your reference. Please refer the attached medical store photograph. Is it their wish to provide bills... I have doubt whether they pay taxes for those missing bills. They were rash and irritating while we were requesting the bill. Almost, most of the consumers at this pharmacy were complaing the same about their behaviour and skipping the bills.
