Amount debited from my account but order not placed. And customer care executive is not responding....

I ordered an yellow khadi saree priced Rs 2069 from Meesho (order I'd :[protected]_1). Instead they delivered a garbage item - a torn jeans pant on 23rd June 2023. I raised multiple return request but they are not picking the product up as well as not refunding the amount.
The customer care directly said they can't help....

Order on 5th Jun and still its not deliver may i know the tracking details and what is reason for the delay....

Meesho has put a ban on my account stating that I have sent the order to customer without their consent, however customer accepted the order and paid the amount as well then how come it was unconcented order. Also, I have shared screnshot of my website where customer has placed the order but still Meesho is not removing ban. I have 50-60 orders from Meesho in transit and currently have no idea where those orders are as I can't access my Meesho...

I ordered one foldable multipurpose table for me...and it was a defected piece which I wanted to first exchange but they delayed it as well so I opted for return and now they are delaying it for more than 10 days...daily I get a call to reschedule my pickup and daily they don't pickup the. Order
And this is mentally exhausting condition for me...and such a waste of time and my money....

I AM A SELLER ON MEESHO. Meesho is cheating us. The products which we get broken then we put their claim on meesho, in that claim we share videos and photos to meesho. While opening the packet, we click its video and photo. It is clearly visible in the video that we have received the product broken or wrong product but even after seeing all these proofs, Meesho rejects all our claims. I have ordered in meesho on 11 march 2023

when I received package i have received both the order in single package as[protected]
When i open the package it has garbage bag and empty

When i have raised complaint they refunded the 520 for a single order out of two

I am not able to login to meesho app. I have 3 orders pending. I am not able to return them. When I contacted customer care they said my account is blocked.
