I ordered Non-sticky 750WIron Press in 10 numbers (order no.[protected] however I received only one piece.
Then after few days I complained about same and was asked to link my account. I did so and in the process my 7 day return period crossed. I complained again and was told now nothing can be done.
I spoke to three customer care executives whom I asked to connect me to their senior who could guide me the way forward because I am genuinely complaining of missing quantity and have paid my hard earned money for 10 quantity of the product. But no one connected me saying senior will also not be able to help and put me on long hold coming back all the times that senior is busy.
