Meesho — Loss due to no support on product return

I am seller on meesho and we understand sometime customer dont like the product or size etc reason they return it ..but in return either i get used product or wrong product or no info available for the return on messho panel..
2 used products has been received and 2 wrong returns and 02 are missing no update - i raised the issue but panel keep on saying wrong order id ( i dont know why bcz i am adding the correct one) some how they are not letting us update the issue and i tried reaching them also on mail wts app etc but no even a single call but they sent auto messang unable to reach.
due to all this i am getting big loss.
i want refund of all my wrong delivery and used product.
order id are -
Used products[protected]_1,[protected]_1
wrong return[protected]_1,[protected]_1
no update product[protected]_1,[protected]_1
i want refund or correct product for all...
reach me at [protected]/[protected]

please dont call me to convience for not asking for return or refund bcz i have a small business and i cnt bear loss bcz of your mistake.
