Meesho — Meesho online shopping Pvt lt Gift Scratch card scam

I received Scratch and Win card claiming that i have won 12.5 lakhs. The scheme also ask for bank account details and also for deposit of 4% processing fee and government taxes etc to enable claim if the prize money.

for this reason I called for Central bank of India customer care they denied share the account is genuine or not

I wish to lodge complaint with necessary action
