I ordered a green denim jacket from my sister's account it's estimated delivery date was 22nd of nov but on friday 17th of nov I got an update that my product is out for delivery I recieved a call from delivery agent he said sorry I can't deliver it today will do it tomorrow and he marked it as door closed next day I waited and called him he said I will come when after Some time I again called him he said I am on Leave will deliver it tomorrow I raised a complaint by contacting meesho customer support they assured me that my product will be delivered on the same day after some time I got a message your product is delivered I didnot got my product nor the agent contacted me for otp and it is marked as delivered after that I again called meesho services they said to wait for 7 days and we can't assure you your refund yesterday again on 21st of nov I got a call from DA where to deliver a product but he didnot came and now I got a mail from meesho side that they can't help me as my product is delivered without otp product cannot be delivered . I called meesho after listening they disconnected my calls 3 4 times. I again called delivery agent he said will deliver tomorrow and disconnected the call
