I had ordered 2 products under order id[protected]. Leotude t shirts
As size wasn't fitting, I issued a refund return request.
My return was stalled as it said "Pickup address is not serviceable". The customer care asked to self ship. It costed me Rs130/- via Professional courier to return ship the item to seller. I shipped on 18-dec and it was received by seller on 19 Dec 2023. I have not received refund yet
Customer care told as per policy only refunds 100rs for self shipments.
This is unjust . If you order 10 items under 1 order, it would take more money to courier than 1 item. Yet meesho customer carec says it will refund only Rs100 under terms and conditions.
As per your Meesho site, it clearly says it will refund Upto Rs 200.

This is plain cheating. Why would I suffer a loss of Rs30 ( my shipping charges were Rs 130 by Professional courier CONSIGNMENT NO MAA[protected] ATTACHED screenshot
Request you to please refund my order amount of Rs 568 plus my shipping charges of Rs 130. Total amount to be refunded =698
Also meesho customer care is pathetic as it put me on hold and abruptly cut the call 3 times
