On 27 august 2023 I received an order from meesho which I haven't placed. But when I refused to receive it delivery person told me to receive such product as there was no phone number mentioned in the order so he was not able to return it. And that's why I have to pay an amount of ₹699 to him at that time. And next moment I called messho customer service regarding my issue. They provided me a ticket no. Regarding my complaint. I waited till 72 hrs as they mentioned in their mail. But no further action was taken by them. Then again and again till one month I called them they sended same mail.
