Meesho — Return not picking up

I ordered UMAVRT 32 inch carrom board order Id #[protected], I received broken and damage item, same day I made a return, till now no courier boy came to take it back. But I am getting message in meesho, Delivery person is out for pickup but nobody came, after sometime meesho again sending message, your pickup was cancelled because your item already pickup by another courier, this is happening from the first day, So kindly help to get my refund. Thankyou
