We have recently registered a company. A book parcel was delivered to our registered office address addressed to the company today (28th Aug 2021). The person taking delivery did not know that it is a fraud and paid INR 2, 457. The VPP said Cost of book is INR 2, 340 plus postage charges.
The senders address is mentioned as - MEGA BOOK CO. 6511, Fatehpuri, Masjid Building, Delhi- 110006.
The book was never ordered. Please arrange to trace the culprits and arranging to get our money back. This is a not a small amount and has caused great loss for us. Please help. Was this information helpful? | 
We had recently registered for a private limited in the name of MASA Infotech LLP. I have since then received 2 couriers for which I have been charged Rs.2500 & 2100 each time. Since I was not present at the registered address, they are giving it to my neighbor, who is paying them the amount. The parcel contains junk books, about labor laws and irrelevant stuff like how to fire employees.
I want a refund for the amount paid.
