I, BABLOO BRIJMOHAN BERI, resident of Nalasopara (Maharashtra), would like to inform you that I had placed one online order to buy 1 Air Conditioner online from MEGNUM ENTERPRISES on 22nd April, 2022 and paid Rs-26, 706/- to the PAYUIB link provided by company through my RBL Bank Credit card no.-[protected] the payment confirmation SMS also received from PAYUIB (the copy of the same is attached for reference). The order confirmation email vide my order no- #1341 also received by me on same day (copy attached for reference).

Sir, on 26th April, I had received one phone call from Mr. Manish (Sales Department of MEGNUM ENTP.) call from mobile no-[protected], He said that you had not applied discount coupon in your order so If you want 5% discount than cancel your order no- #1341 and place one fresh order and he provide me Discount Coupon no- 21012A for getting 5% on new order, He also told me that He will cancel my order no- #1341 from his hand so you may no need to cancel your 1st order online and you will get your refund (i.e. Rs-26, 706/-) within the 7 days from 26th April and also you will get your product delivery in 7 days, So I agree to cancel my order no- #1341 and placed one new order of same item and applied the discount coupon and get discount of Rs-1, 335.30 and I paid RS-25, 370.70(after discount) online through my same RBL credit card and also get my new order no- #1976 confirmation mail on same day and also I had received PAYUIB payment confirmation SMS in my mobile.

Now the fact is that after 7 days I had not received my product and not received the refund of my 1st order in my account so I called the companies mobile nos. provided in web site to track my order, they are not responding the calls and not giving the satisfactory answer of my calls. Now last Saturday I personally visited their warehouse at vasai (in web site the warehouse address in vasai), I will shocked to see that the same premises was totally vacant and closed since 4-5 years, so I enquire about companies head office in Kolkata mentioned in web site, but found that this company is totally bogus and Cheated Indian citizens with quoting low price of products on web sites and social media ads.

After so many type of search on internet I found the email of one of the Director Mr. SURENDRA BANTHIA of Magnum Enterprises(Kolkata), so I send one mail to him and ask to send my product and refund ASAP, after 2-3 days I had received a mail from Mr. SURENDRA BANTHIA in that he told me that he also in shocked to hear about the somebody doing wrong activities and fraud in my company name and also share me the cybercrime complaint he filed to Joint CP Kolkata on[protected]copy of the same is attached).

Sir I am also attaching herewith all the details of this fraud company bank account, address, paytm nos and names of involved persons for your quick action to save further fraud with any innocent Indian citizen.
