My GLE 250D is September 2017 model and driven 32272 KM.
Faizal sent me a service quote of Rs, 1, 13523/-
I refused all services except engine Oil and filter change. He still added windshield washer Rs.471 and brake fluid Rs.3031. and scheduled Service A Plus 45000KM or 3 years for Rs.20119. I asked what is included in it, he mentioned few check this check that, which were worthless in my opinion. he said if I just charge for oil change only I will not reset the Service Message POP UP.
I said I am doing oil change service and you reset that message. He refused to do unless I opt for scheduled Service A Plus 45000KM or 3 years for Rs.20119.
Which I feel is ridiculous service approach.
I expect the Service Message POP UP reset when we do any kind of service. I do not want them to push for extra services when customer refuses it based on his due diligence on the internet. Was this information helpful? |
