Merritt Infra Private Limited — refund money is still not returned

Am one of the customer and bought plot in emi near pollachi.. Due to stay order from government and some changes happened in between.. We were unable to continue our emi for the booked plot and requested the company for the refund. For so many months not able to reach them neither giving reasons and postponed many months.. After long back management has agreed to refund in emi on oct 2018.. Till now not even credited single amount.. The concerned md was everyday giving false reasons and proved himself as a irresponsible person... We have family.. Kids and doesn't had courtesy at all to refund a part amount also... Everyday i have to beg him.. Tears alone was pending.. Was very lethargic and not understanding other problems... Pls credit my money back and please avoid cursing from people. Thanks
