Hi,
This is in regards to the trip which i took today. Cab DL1YD0445
1. I booked the cab for 1:10 pm and cab reached late by 15 mins to my pick up point.
2. The Entire trip took around 1 hour to reach to the destination.
3. Driver and the customer care team even after escalating mentioned that I would have to pay the waiting charges for 17 mins- which was not because I made the cab wait, . the waiting charges which was imposed on me was for cab stopping on all the traffic Red Lights.
4. Non of your staff ever mentioned that once I board the cab, if the cab stops on any traffic light which it will for sure through out the trip, I would have to pay waiting charges for it.
5. Instead of resolving the issue, the customer care team, (Harpreet supervisor) and 4 other people including the driver kept harassing me at the Aiims Cancer hospital even after knowing that I am their with the patient.
This kind of conduct is unacceptable. And customer care team should have accepted their mistake and compensate me at the very same time. instead they kept harassing me and the Driver Vijendra who was drove us to the destination kept creating a scene inside the Aiims Cancer Hospital.
