Mescom — Electricity bill

Since lockdown we have been paying our electricity bill online and have all the proof in the mescom website. Now we have received a bill for three months which is unclear as of how they have calculated the amount payable. No previous paid amount has been highlighted. 3 months consumption is taken into account for calculation. Please look into this matter and do the needful.
