Met Tech — Harrassment

I have applied for data entry job on 2019. And I paid a deposit of 1000rs on the starting time. For some reasons, I was not able to complete their task. And they asked me to pay the remaining amount. I paid around 6000 rs and got their NOC certificate. Then after some days, someone from their legal department contact me, and told me they are going to file a case against me or I have to pay some amount to them. I told them I am not going to pay any amount. Till then, they stop contacting me. Now today (26/12/2022) someone named Arjith Kumar Singh from civil investigation department called me and told me that they are going to arrest me for not paying the amount. I have told them, I have paid the full amount and got the NOC from the company. He told me that the agreement was auto renewal and I haven't paid for 10 months. So I have to pay 40000rs plus 20% GST or else they are going to produce an arrest warrant against me. This is the no he contacted me: [protected].
