Unauthorised debit.
On 22/01/2021 under ref No. VT210250063003680000045 Just Dial Limited Mumbai IN
account has been credited by debiting my Kotak credit card account of Rs. 863.00 .
This amount has been debited to my Kotak credit card though I have not done anything
nor requested Just dial to do so. It has been done even without asking OTP and the debit has
also not intimated to me by Kotak. I have made a complaint to Kotak also. I have also not received any intimation from Just dial
Please look into this.
Hereafter never debit any amount in my account.
Please look into this issue and credit the amount which has been debited without any authorization from me which is illegal and of a criminal act.
