At the time of installation i was not informed about the need for a plumber on site and an air vent was not provided by the company. The technician never instructed the plumber or me about the dos and donts. I am not one among your 1 lakh satisfied customers as you claim untill you settle the issue which happened not out of any neglect from my part. Thank you. Consider that my money also has value.

Dear sir, no one company can do air vent Solutions. Better you will ask your neighbour and solar users that service can do only plumber.what to do, Don't do's written Order confirm Form okay by then finally company interested solve this problem
