I have lodged complaint through the toll free number given on google under faber website. Two people came and did some cleaning and suggested us to took amc for 2 years. They said they will come quarterly for the service.in about 2 months chimney was not working properly so we called the number.
First they give assurance and then after repeated calling they started ignoring our calls. They haven't come till now. They took rs 3850 for 2 years (3.1.20-2.1.22) of amc. Also the 2 number on bill not working.
