I have made the payment on Dec 9 (Saturday), but the money is not credited to my back account till now, the same while I gave withdrawal for next payment on 11 th also that amount is not credited

I withdrawed my money from MetWallet 3 days ago and it still hasn't been added to my bank account. This is my first time experiencing such a long pending transaction with MetWallet. Is there a problem? Please fix the problem as soon as possible. I need my money. Thank you
