Mg University — not able to connect for degree

Dear sir/maam,

I have completed my mba in distance mode in 2016. Have not received my 1st year marksheet and due to this i am not able to apply for degree. And when i am applying for degree it shows people who have completed their education after 2017 will have to wait but i have complete it before 2017.

My enrollment no. Is mgu141sn[protected] for june 2016 passout marketing batch.
I am able to view my result but i am not able to apply for degree. Kindly advise. Thank you.

I raised the complaint on Consumer Complaints on 19-Aug, After that I received the reply from MGU that degree will be dispatched soon.
I have raised request to MGU that when I would be receiving the degree certificate, but not getting any response.
I need the Degree Certificate on priority as it has already taken more than 3 months
