Mgbs Bus Depot On [protected] — harsh voice and language with unprofessional language

My mother boarded bus at jangoan, coming from kurnool to mgbs at 12:00 noo on 22/5/2019, i. E., today and seems the bus started at 1;00 and reached mgbs. As she was coming from farm with 2 mango bags having 100 in each. After reaching mgbs, she has to give the ticket to the conductor for claiming the change written by conductor and only one bag was taken bag and the other was left over and the bus left.

Regarding this when i called the bus depo on [protected] number, a male person was screaming out with high tone using rough and rude language, when i said to calm down he couldn't and continued his rude behaviour as if he is the owner of telangana state bus depo. High attitude, rude behaviour, harsh language on the above person must be taken into action. When there is no professional training given to these people how can they handle other issues?? Paying high salaries without checking their individual skills and behaviour is a bane to society and to the department.
