Mh49 Rto Nagpur — Received double fees due to website changed.

Hi,

This is Ashish C, living in East zone of Nagpur area, I have applied for four wheeler permanent license in MH49 RTO office. For that I have paid fees rs 1063. At 1st test drive I was failed so I applied again and took online appointment for that I need to pay extra 300 rs for test drive so on the day of appointment i got to know that RTO has changed his online web site and need to get fresh appointment from that so accordingly i took new appointment and ready to pay extra fees of 300 rs for second test drive. But cashier asked me to pay full fees rs 1063 again for new appointment from new site. So I paid full amount to him and I a passed test drive on the same day too.
When i asked for the additional payment rs 1063, RTO office told me to put request to get money back. I did the same things still i didnt received any updates from Nagpur RTO MH49 on the same.
My concern is why they need to received full amount they can ask for difference amount. Now I dont think that they wil pay my money back by process.
Please do the needful and help me to get my money back.
