Sir i have made a payment of 600 using sbi net banking on 4 jan 2021 for IB Acio payment it was showing failure but my money was bebited i have made another payment of 600 on 5 jan it was successful but my money debited on 4 jan is not refunded till now .

i got refunded by mha ib a lot of complain and call mail i had to do . finaly today after 17 days later i have refunded in my accouny👍👍
