Respected Sir, Frequently we travel to dombivli & kalyan for office work our car is Panvel RTO passing, the toll plaza SHILPHATA NH4, charges Rs 30/- for single way and I drive car twice or thrice for official work in a day. Now issue is though we are staying nearby then also paying toll. Sometimes they dont charge but sometimes they ask. Yesterday (22/3/2017) person name Mr Santosh Barle who works there told if you want to complain go & complain we dont bother. I requested boss we stay nearby why shall we pay, he said it is compulsory for each vehicle.
