I stay at mumbai central navjivan society
I had work of demat with my bank — bank of india main branch fort
I was halted at marine lines and told not to move out and was fine rs500
I requested that demat service is under essential category as stock mkt is not closed
And to transfer there they required authorised person value authorised than only it can happen and also manager of demat of bank of india told that they have circular clearly mentioning that demat is under essential service
I request to kindly reverse the penalty echallan no. Mumcm[protected] and you can check my record is also good
And my problem was also genuine
Pls consider and reverse the penalty and do needful
