1, My purifier warranty expires on 20.6.22
2, On 10.6.22 i complained to customer care on mal functoning of app. complaint registered - token no -M[protected]/01036979
3, On 11th a technician by name Mr Manikantan came home and said water purifier is working fine, only the app needs to be rectified. he took a snap of app indication from the mobile and promised technical person will visit shortly
4, Nobody visited till 15th and out of curiosity, i telephoned the customer care. I spoke to one ms Sashi kala explained her what i had said above. she gave me a schocking message that Manikantan has closed the file stating filter is working fine.
5, Later Sahi kala wanted us put Manikantan in the conference call. we did it he could not understand english, so Sashikala took the the help of Ajay to speak to Manikantan in tamil. Manikantan disconnected the call.
6, If these kind of technicians are there, then what is the fate of the customer ??????
7, Ajay then promised me he will escalate the matter to Sr Manager who will call me in few hours. He gave me one more complaint number being WOIN[protected]
8, Ms Madhuri so called Sr Manager, said it will be resolved by 18th june.
i reminded her that warranty is ending on 20.6.22 and 19th is a sunday and it is too close. Nothing happened on 18th. What a senior manager ?? what conviction can we have on her committment.
9, Further on the same day i followed up with Dawood who promised by 18th it will be resolved.
10, On 16th i contacted Sunil of Customer care he said it will be resolved by 18th
11, On 17th i contacted Roja of customer care she promised me it will be resolved by 18th.
12, On 18th i contacted Shanawaz at 10.50am he said it will be resolved by 4pm to 6pm slot the same day
13, On the same day there was a call from Mohammed from MI SERVICE CENTRE PURUSWALKKAM CHENNAI. he said that he has instructions to change filter. I told him it is not filter problem and it was an App problem and i had explained this atleast to 10 persons in the customer care
14, once again on 18.6.22 i called up roopa of customer care at 4.15pm, she promised technician will come before 6.00pm.
15, I get a call from Yuvaraj Bangalore {[protected]. He says he can come only on tuesday the 21.6.2022 after expiry of warranty and it will be on chargable basis
16, Is this the right training you have given to yuvaraj that customer should be on recieving end for the delay by MI team.
17, Once again on the same day i telephoned to Customer care and complained to one Dawood about Yuvaraj attitude to express it will be done on a chargable basis
So far My complaint is yet to be resolved
Absolutely Pathetic
CONSUMERS PLEASE NOTE DESPITE THE PRODUCT MAY BE GOOD, IF SERVICE IS NOT ON TIME, IT TANTAMOUNTS TO BEING A WORST PRODUCT
