Mico Packer & Movers — Overcharging in Bill

I have booked mico packers & movers for transferring some of my goods from bangalore to new delhi and
At the time of quotation the mico packers quoted me the rate of Rs 8000+ service tax for all of the goods and have informed me that insurance is not mandatory for the transfer of goods from one place to other and i have confirmed the quotation on the basis of that.

Further at the time of packing of the goods on 17.09.2016 the pickup guy after packing the goods and loading it to his van, handed over the bill which contained the amount of Rs 16800.00 which included insurance of Rs 4100 & extra charges of Rs 2500.00, and on asking about the same he did not answered and told me to talk to the office staff for this, and took over the material. After that i called their office and told about the situation, the office staff did not responded and told me that since today is Saturday and we cannot do any thing as there is no staff in the office. I tried calling them on Sunday i.e 18.09.206 but did not got any response. I called on Monday i.e 19.09.2016 and got the same response that that our boss is not available so we cannot do anything and your goods are their way, so you will have to pay for the total amount.

After that on Wednesday i.e 21.09.2016 i started receiving threatening calls from them that you will have to deposit the full amount into our bank account other wise we will stop the goods at our pune godown and you will be charged extra godown charges for each day. On 22.09.2016 I had to deposit the amount into their bank account.

Now it would be great if i could get back the amount of insurance and other charges which is not justified
