This is from MANUU Polytechnic Darbhanga situated in Darbhanga Bihar pincode: 846002 want to state about UPS Problem.
Here four UPS is purchased through GeM from Micro power Technology pvt ltd. dated[protected] with warranty of 3 years.
Now, Two UPS
S.No: (20183MPT3017 )and( 20183MPT3016),
Model: (ZEST SERIES 7.5 KVA ONLINE UPS With 120 Mint Back-Up and 24000 VAH )
is completely not working from April 2019 and
Two UPS S.No. (20183MPT3015) and (20183MPT3018),
Model: (ZEST SERIES 7.5 KVA ONLINE UPS With 120 Mint Back-Up and 24000 VAH )
is Little bit working but not in full mode.
The Customer complained about UPS problem in UPS service center via Email-Id: and Phone No. [protected] (Email Id & Ph. No. provided by Micro Tech Pvt Ltd.) .
many times But still not cooperated by Micro Tech pvt Ltd.
