I had deposittted the device with your service centre at MGRoad Ernakulam with net work complaints on 31/08/2015.They had sent the set to Delhi for repair.On27/10/2015 I received device stating that complaint is rectified.When I tried to make a call, error message appeared as"net work not available"(the same old complaint)Today I had deposited the device for repair.I don't know how long it will take to repair.Tomy.v, dy.manager, SBI, CSD.EKM.[protected].

Even after the lapse of two and half months, the company could not rectify the complaint.The handset is still lying int tehir service centre at Pallimukku Jn, M.G.Road, Ernakulam.Now the warranty period is over.Since the hanset is with the service.centre, I had to buy another handset of a reputed company.I have every right to get extended warranty period.Since micromax is a highly irresponsible company, they did not even arranged for replacement.
