Everthing was so good with micromax, one day my harassment starts when A.C. stopped working.
Since 28th April 2018 I called 12 times in customer care. Spoke to Mr Arun ( i guess owner of noida service center) and his engineers atleat 8 times and wrote 10 emails to complain box but all efforts failed and my A.C. is not working.
After mental harassment of 6 days 1 engineer appeared on 3rd May who simply said there is no gas in A.C. and he will come back next day.
The very next day Mr Arun called me and said - sorry we can't help we don't have approval for gas fill. Since that day to day is May 7 2018 and no one has come yet.
I feel like I have taken a A.C. on charity from Micromax. Customer care don't care...They warn you...They misbehave...They hang up..They lie. Customer care say they cant escalate to anyone. They were repeatedly giving me number of 3rd party service center in Noida and were asking to settle issue with them.
I am harassed to a point where I will not accept anything from Micromax.
I will go out and get ac repaired for my older parents.
i cant believe that a product under warranty is not repaired for 10 days that too a AC used by my older parents in scorching heat.
I need compensation for all the mental harassment and pain cause for 10 days. It was so frustrating that i even wanted to throw the product out from window.
I need new New AC or refund of my money. Somehow i want to reach to all customers and say see how you will be treated if you buy Micromax AC.
