Sep 2018 I purchased a Micromax Q402 ultra. From the next day onwards its started showing complaints. Screen Lock was not working properly, Simply out going calls going. Automatically applications working. In pocket the mobile Torch switching ON & Simply beaming hang on. Then I adjusted & used the mobile up to Dec 2018. In Dec the screen became totally blank. On that time I given in four service center for repair. They updated & Re-stored my phone & given back.
Two days it worked normally after that again started same complaints. I cannot always go to your service center. So I again used in an adjustment. But day by day complaints increased. In the phone will became hang then I need to remove the battery & re-insert only the mobile was working. Same old complaints also was their. Last month the mobile became totally dead & I given it to service center. This is the worst mobile I ever used in my life.
Now itself I didn't got my mobile back after repairing. Job Sheet No:[protected]R. Service Center given me a stand by mobile for using. The service center people supported me well. I thing its a product complaint. Now I like to upgrade my mobile. I don't want this same model again. I need an upgraded one. Expecting your support in this. Hoping a positive replay from your side.
