Dear Sirs,
Just for Ack. sake you sent me one reply. That is all. I have not been informed about what steps have been taken
from your company to remediate my problem.
Yesterday evening also I went to Mb. Shop of Retailor at Saidapet. He said the Distributor informed him
Mobile Replacement Process will be over before end of this week. Retailor did not give me any CONCRETE REPLY. I am afraid, how
many more weeks/months this problem is going to continue.
There is not even a SINGLE PHONE CALL from the Distributor so far, giving me any assurance and or confirmation
about date of Replacement of Mobile.
Hope, from the side of the Company, your Customer Care Team will do the needful without further delay.

He told they can only Service my defectiv Mobile and cannot replace. I told it is under warranty period.
Then he has given email id of company to send them Complaint. But, complaint sent to that id already by
me bounced back three days back. Anyway, am going to forward my complaint to that id which is :
