Am senthilvelan from Chennai (3/31, Kavingar Kannadhasan Nagar, Ramapuram Chennai – 600089). I purchased Micromax LED Smart TV (Model No : L32TA6445HD) on 02/11/2020, PADI Chennai Branch (Invoice no: [protected]). My television Have three years warranty. At November month 25th 2020, My television was not connected and supported internet, automatic volume to be low and also single flash line will displayed on My Television. I booked Service complaint (Service Request ID 141053) on December month 2nd 2020. On service person visit my television and take complaint also on that time. That service person told like that 02nd December 2020, your television had panel issue sir, I take complaint and booked definitely it will rectify within a week. But till now not yet rectified my complaint. I wrote mail and asked service person to many times. So, kindly rectify the issue otherwise refund my billed amount. Herewith I enclosed Bill copy and tagged my service request mail also.
