My name is ashish sharma and I got a micromax led tv as a gift by Mr. Vishal diwakar.
Led tv was purchased on 20-February-2020 from 'Kumar Electronics' barra. But with in 6 month I found some voice problem in my led so I tried to change the audio cable but it didn't work so I complaint on online micromax consumer helpline. They contacted me and asked me to send technician to resolve the complaint.
After the day technician came but he was not properly trend and said that there is no fault in my led. When I pressurised him to check then he said to change audio cable but was not trying to diagnose properly.
He used his pendrive and play the video but the problem was same.
So he opened the led panel and said the speaker are damaged and it will be changed within a week under warranty.
After 2 days he came back with 2 speakers which was not in packing and changed it with my led's speaker.
But after that the complaint was same and when I complaint back then there is no proper reply from exutive.
Its very cheap service by company Please do something.
