I had purchased a full hd tv from snapdeal on 23rd feb 2016 modal number -32c6150 full hd with 1+2yr warranty but suddenly the display of it had disappeared. I had complained in micromax care on 6th july 2018. After 15 days the t. V was repaired. After few days again the same backlight problem was detucted i. E on 11th august 2018. I had complained to micromax customer care on 13thaugust 2018 but still the television is not yet repaired. I had called to micromax customer care many times but they only replied us to wait for 7 days everytime.
Customer care had also given me the service centre’s number and told us to speak to mr. Hamid on [protected]. I had dialed many times on this number but i received no response from him.
I had also complained to the micromaxinfo.com on 15 sept. My complain reference no. Is ser[protected]
After all this i had continuously call micromax customer care. Later they assured us that your led t. V will be replaced without telling us the modal number. I had many times tried to call them and even mailed them to ask the details of the replaced television but they had not replied a single time.in mid november i got a call from the service centre and told me that the television is being stopped manufactured of that particular modal no. 32c6150 full hd. They further told me another modal number. I told them to give another t. V of the same configuration but they told to give me ipshd t. V. And we opposed to it as the t. V which was provided to us was hd ready instead of full hd.
After sometimes they informed me that we can opt for upper modal by paying the difference amount to which i agreed and send them some modal numbers but they had again not replied to us. After 20 days i had called the service centre and they told me that they will repair my led t. V and cancelled the replacement.
Engineer came to my house and took some parts of the television and had not arrived yet.
Today is 11th january i. E 6 months and still there is no solution to my complain.

I request to you get my t. V. Replaced as soon as possible.
