Dear Responsible @ Micromax,
Display of my Micromax P690 (IMEI/ESN NO. [protected]) tablet got damaged on 10.08.15 just after 01 month of purchase. I submitted the same to Micromax service center (KS Mobile) near old bus stand Ghaziabad on 14.08.15. Even after 75 days they are not able to solve the problem. Whenver I call them they don't have any answer and they told me that they have not received the desired part from the company.
Hope fully you will have the desired solution without any further delay;

Even I was called yesterday for refund of amount due to non availability of display. To get the refund I provided them the submission report and invoice of purchase of the same. They told that they will refund the amount and told me to get the amount through transaction code they generate to get the refund for that I provide them account number & ifsc code of branch. All these communication was done through email id. micromax.[protected]@india.com & Mobile number: [protected] (Nishant Garg)
While doing the same through ATM as told by them I was cheated and amount from my account got transferred instead of refund.
After receiving the sms of amount debit I called him and he told me that it was a mistake and total amount will refund (including what I was supposed to and amount debited from my account) by today 11:00am. Since then no reply from micromax side and phone is not reachable now.
