Micromax — Mobile not returned after service after two months

I have given my phone to Micromax Care on Sep 2, 2015 for Changing of charging point as well as agreed to pay INR 380 for the repairing as this faulyt doesn't come in warranty. From that day I traching with them but neither they are reverting me or returning my phone. I am really very frustrated with this behaviour. Please do intervene in this matter.
