Local service centre "finally" found faulty motherboard in the phone and I submitted it on 8th August for repair as they promised to provide me within 20 days but today, after 29 days, I didn't get my phone yet. I called CC around 10 days ago and I was told that I'll receive it within 21 days. Its hard to spend even one day without your smartphone and we don't have as much money as we could spend more 7-10k for another phone during the service period. But Micromax doesn't care about this. I think everyone in the micromax company doesn't care about its customers even they work in any Local service centre or CC executive or the Engineers. In the future, I never ever want to see or suggest any product of Micromax to anyone.

I submitted this mobile on 8.8.16 and received it yesterday that means after "37 days". Before the submission of mobile I was being fooled by the local service centre because they gave it back to me twice after giving some silly answers and temporary adjustments in the mobile. I think micromax company could win the prize for the world's most backward service.
