Micromax Nitro A311 — Network problem in Idea

I am using micromax nitro a 311 dual sim mobile since jan 15. Whenever i use idea 3G network for internet or normal use it gets disconnected when a call or SMS comes to the other bsnl sim. I want a solution or opinion.. The problem started recently..awaiting your valuable reply...
