Micromax — Not returning my phone from service center

I have submit My phone to micro max service center in warranty period for a very minor issue (for repairing point of view) that it's keys are not working properly. and now My phone is with them from last 70 days and every time whenever i contact to them they says with in 15 days they will return my mobile. I received same response from customer care and service center. Only option to go on to consumer court and never Buy any product from micro max in future.
