I have Micromax A350, it had charging jack problem within the warranty period. When I showed it to Micromax Service Centre at Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, they asked 14 days to fix the problem. I was so surprised to hear 14 days for such a small problem but I had no option. I gave my phone to them and called them after 14 days, they said our server still shows that it will take 14 more days. So we will call you after 14 days. I was so angry with such a reply. But again I had no other option except waiting. Then I called them after 30 days of phone submission, they said our server shows that it will take 14 more days to fix the problem. This is ridiculous, this 14 days time could not move further even a single minute in last one month. Now, I feel that I am not going to get my phone back even after these 14 days. They offer one year warranty but if they keep the phone for like 2 months in one complaint then what is the use of it.
Please help me and show me right direction. It does not seem correct to wait for my phone for like 6 months. Please suggest What kind of action I can take against them? Was this information helpful? |
