Purchased a laptop from Reliance Digital three month ago. In this Word/excel/pdf were inbuilt. From day one onwards, the search is not working. We raised the complaint with Reliance Digital, they requested us to bring the Laptop to their office. We brought the laptop, they checked it and they also confirm this problem.
We contacted the HP. They advised us to contact the Microsoft, to solve the issue.
We contacted the Microsoft [Case No:[protected]]. Their executive supported us both online and mobile phone. But finally they are unable to solve the issue. They escalated the issue to their higher official.
Their higher officials tried to solve the issue, but they were unable to do it. After reconfiguration the Word, Excel, Pdf were not available in the system.They upgraded the Windows 11. But still the problem persist.
Finally, their higher official informed us that they will contact us on 2-1-2023 to reconfigure the system. But no one contacted us.
We sent mails to Microsoft, But no reply from their side.
My request is, either Microsoft has to correct the system or have to arrange a new system with all the existing features.
