[Resolved]  Microtask Services B-9 Vasant Park, Dhule Road, Aurangabad, Maharastra, 424001 — cheated by this company now harassing for money

Stamp Paper is not valid and they are doing the same with me. And according to Section 53B clause (b) of The Maharastra Stamp Act 1958 states that any stamp which have been purchased on or after the commencement date but have not been use, or no allowance has been claimed in respect thereof, within a period of 6 months from the date of purchase thereof, shall be rendered invalid.

Therefore the contract to an agreement is invalid and not legally binding.
