I wish to complain about Model number- EMT0790 stabilizer that I have purchased on 24/12/2019. After few weeks its not working.
When i first learned of this problem I contacted at your customer care service and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe this reply is Unfair as i have warranty card issued by your dealer.
I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complain.
I am attaching my receipt.
I would like you to reply as soon as possible.
